What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?
GrowthLoop is solving several key problems around audience management and personalization. Before GrowthLoop, building and activating audiences required heavy technical involvement and coordination across teams. Our in-house tooling was slow, limited in functionality, and difficult for non-technical users to operate.
With GrowthLoop, we've enabled marketers and product managers to independently create and activate audiences across multiple channels, including email, on-site personalization, and in-app experiences. This shift has not only accelerated our speed to market but also allowed teams to experiment more freely and iterate on personalized experiences without waiting on engineering resources.
Additionally, GrowthLoop has helped unify our audience strategy by centralizing segmentation logic. This has reduced duplicated efforts and improved consistency in how we define and target customer segments across the organization.
